Real Estate “PropTech”: How Technology and
Web-Based Applications Are Changing CRE
This panel will discuss the increasing prominence of property
technology (PropTech) and innovative technology-based approaches to
commercial real estate (CRE) transactions, as well as the future of
new investment vehicles, such as special purpose acquisition
companies (SPACs), that have been set up to invest in PropTech.
While traditional real estate continues to have access to capital
through the debt and equity markets, PropTech, like other
technology ventures, lends itself to the expedience of an initial
public offering (IPO) via the SPAC process. Some of the largest CRE
companies are investing and creating technology that optimizes the
way that organizations and people buy, sell, rent or manage
properties. We will talk about some of the solutions and companies
that are changing real estate tech.

obligations and add penalties for noncompliance. This webinar will
provide an overview of the new state legislation dictating
disposition procedures and identify notable exemptions. It will
also review a number of real world case studies at the local level
and tips for public-private partnership projects.
