Real Estate Agent VIP Benefit Program
Terms and Conditions
The Power is Now (the “Company”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of California, having its principal place of business at 3739 Main Street Riverside, California.
WHEREAS the Company desires to market VIP Agent-Member’s services, to add value to the Member’s brand and to assist Member in building his/her business through promotion on the Power Is Now Radio, Magazine and Social Media, and the Member desires to retain The Power is Now to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the Parties agree as follows:
- Member shall receive the benefits described in The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook, as may be modified from time to time, which includes company branding, promotion of listing via radio and magazine, networking, and business support, technology and marketing services.
- Member shall be qualified to become a Member based on the credentials set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook.
- Member shall at all times abide by the Company’s code of ethics as set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook.
- Member shall at all times abide by the Company’s rules and guidelines as set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook.
- Member shall at all times uphold the Company’s core values as set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook.
- Member shall pay to the Company a one time setup fee as set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook. Thereafter, Member shall pay to the Company a Monthly Membership Fee as set forth in the The Power Is Now’s VIP Agent Benefits Program Handbook/
- Member or Company may cancel this Agreement upon written notice to the other party at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
