V/T Commercial third quarter commercial real estate transactions – Vermont Biz

VermontBiz V/T Commercial has released its third quarter commercial real estate transactions report.

John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted in the renewal of the lease on behalf of Artex Risk Solutions at 140 Kennedy Drive, South Burlington.

Key State Captive Management signed a five year lease for 1,073 square feet at 30 Main Street, Burlington.  Pomerleau Real Estate represented the tenant, and Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial represented the landlord, Investors Corporation of Vermont.

Tony Blake of V/T Commercial, representing the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, assisted in the sublease of space at 261 Mountain View Drive, Colchester to Steep Hill Labs.

Vernal Biosciences Inc. leased 20,000 square feet of custom built lab and R&D space at 65 Red Pine Circle, Essex from Allen Brook Development, Inc.  Tony Blake of V/T Commercial represented the team from Vernal Biosciences.

Bill Kiendl and John Beal of V/T Commercial represented Temco Logistics in its lease of 17,000 square feet at 107 Catamount Drive, Milton from Toxic Lolli, LLC.  The Kingsland Company represented the landlord in this transaction.

Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial represented Auto Body Supply and Paint in its lease of space at 158 Brentwood Drive, Colchester from Sizzling Sausage, LLC which was represented by the Kingsland Company.

LL Bean opened its new 15,000 square foot dynamic retail facility at Finney Crossing, Williston.  Tony Blake of V/T Commercial represented the landlord, and Yves Bradley also of V/T Commercial represented the tenant.

WESCO Distribution, Inc. renewed its lease at 64 Vast Lane, Berlin from Superior Development, LTD.  John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted both parties in this lease renewal.

Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial announced the renewal of Manpower’s lease of 1,638 square feet at 1795 Williston Road, South Burlington. Bradley assisted the landlord, Investors Corporation of Vermont, and the tenant in this transaction.

Mahe Group, LLC signed a 10 year lease of 3,000 square feet at 126 College Street, Burlington with Investors Corporation of Vermont.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial assisted both parties in this negotiation.

Rockefeller Capital Management executed a 3 year lease for 1,382 square feet at 180 Battery Street, Burlington with Investors Corporation of Vermont.  V/T Commercial’s Yves Bradly assisted each party in this lease.

Haydenberry, LLC acquired a property at 11 Haydenberry Lane, Milton from Haydenberry Partners, LLC.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial represented the purchaser and Lake Point Properties, LLC represented the seller.

Garnet Health Care leased 3,559 square feet at 20 Wintersport Lane, Williston from Investors Corporation of Vermont.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial represented the landlord and Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty represented the tenant.

John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the Howard Space Partnership, LLC in its lease to Essential Care Chiropractic at 28 Howard Street, Burlington.

Coterie White, LLC leased space from Hillside Partners at 372 Hurricane Lane, Williston.  Linda I. Letournea and John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted both parties in this transaction.

The Granite Group leased 4,000 square feet at 1550 Williston Road, South Burlington from TLC Health Care.  Yves Bradley and John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted both parties in this leases.

Austin Hale Building Corporation sold a commercial condominium at 131 Main Street, Burlington to Jonathan Chorlian.  Tony Blake of V/T Commercial assisted each party in this sale.

NEO Home Loans leased 1,565 square feet at 40 Main Street, Burlington from Investors Corporation of Vermont.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial represented the landlord and Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty represented the tenant.

Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial, representing Social Sentinel, Inc. and Steve Donahue of Donahue & Associates, representing Energy Hub, Inc. announced the lease of 4,000 square feet at the Innovation Center of Vermont, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington.

With the assistance of Linda I. Letourneau and Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial, Vermont Law School leased 4,856 square feet at 126 College Street, Burlington from Investors Corporation of Vermont.  Letourneau and Bradley assisted all parties in this transaction.

Spectrum Youth and Family Services purchased a 5,760 square foot commercial condominium at Financial Plaza, 84 Pine Street, Burlington from Vermont Federal Credit Union.  Tony Blake of V/T Commercial represented the credit union and Jeff Nick of J.L. Davis Realty represented Spectrum.

Crumbl Cookies will be opening its first retail store in Vermont at Finney Crossing, Williston.  Tony Blake of V/T Commercial assisted the tenant and the landlord in this 2,088 square foot transaction.

Adobe VT, LLC leased 721 square feet at the Innovation Center of Vermont, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington from Fortieth Burlington, LLC.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial assisted both the landlord and the tenant.

Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial announced that Sisters and Brothers Investment Group. LLP acquired a commercial property located at 46-72 Heineberg Drive, Colchester from William Metro & Sally A. Stockwell.  Letourneau represented the buyer and Nedde Real Estate represented the seller.
