Tyler York Real Estate Brokers celebrated the opening of their Cool Springs office with members of Williamson, Inc. on Tuesday.
The company, which has a location in Nashville in addition to the new one in Franklin, has been in business for three years and has grown substantially in the local real estate market. They have 30 Realtors offering residential brokerage services and represent buyers, sellers, investors and builders.
Charlie Peterson, CEO and broker, remembers talking to his wife, Tonya, 3.5 years ago sharing his dream of starting the company and focusing on relationships.
“We have 100% retention, and our culture eats strategy for breakfast,” Peterson said. “I believe a real estate company should be grounded in a spirit of ‘out-doing one another in showing honor,’ Romans 12:10, and rejoicing in each other’s accomplishments, learning from other’s talents and always modeling services after what is best for the consumer.”
What makes Tyler York distinct is that each broker is hyper-specialized in a market segment, never competing with one another, but rather supporting one another to achieve dominant market share in their respective market to achieve success in their real estate ventures.
During the presentation Tuesday, Peterson announced to attendees that Tyler York will be opening an office in the Chattanooga office in the coming months.
