The Carson City real estate market is on fire! The demand for houses is high, but inventory remains low.
If buying or selling a home is in your future don’t miss the next Rotary Club of Carson City meeting.
Carson City Real Estate Associate Broker and Rotarian Garrett Lepire will be the guest speaker at the meeting which takes place Tuesday, May 18, at 12:30 P.M. at the Carson Nugget. Guests are invited to attend in person or virtually.
Lepire, who is the Branch Manager of Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties here in Carson City, has been a real estate agent for more than 20 years. He will discuss the current market situation of high demand and low inventory, how the market got to this point, and what it will take to normalize.
“It’s a challenging market for buyers right now, I will give insight on what a buyer should do to make the most attractive offer,” Lepire said. “Plus, I will also talk about how sellers can get the most for their home, and close quicky.”
Anyone interested in attending either online or in person should contact Peter Fishburn at pfishburn@charter.net. For more information on the Rotary Club of Carson City visit www.carsonrotary.org.
