Scooter’s Coffee, a drive-thru coffee chain, has named William Dolan VP of Real Estate, according to a company press release. Dolan will handle store franchisee and corporate real estate duties.
Dolan has more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate with emphasis in site selection, construction project management and lease administration. He has managed large portfolios, including franchise concepts, according to the release. In recent years, he served with HearUSA, a retailer for Siemens Hearing Instruments, along with BurgerFi International, Inc., a fast casual better burger concept. Dolan studied business at Boston College.
With Scooter’s Coffee, Dolan will identify market optimization opportunities to help the franchise grow. Founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles in Bellevue, Nebraska, Scooter’s Coffee has 14 locations in Nebraska and one store in Iowa.
