Victoria Duitz joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Simpsonville office.

She is joining her father, Dan Wright. Together, they will be forming the Greenville Sold Wright team.

Duitz previously worked in hospitality management.

She is a graduate of Winthrop University.

Cory Paul joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s North Pleasantburg office.

She is a graduate of Clemson University.

Elizabeth “Betsy” Murphy joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Woodruff at Five Forks office.

She has spent the last 18 years working in new construction.

Matthew McDowell joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s North Pleasantburg office.

He is a J.L Mann graduate, where he also was a member of the football team.

Lindsey Lowe joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Anderson office.

She previously worked in a pharmacy.

Lowe is a 2008 graduate of East Tennessee State University.

The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 38.2% decrease in active listings from 4,768 active residential listings in the multiple listing service on April 10, 2020, to 2,949 as of April 10, 2021.

While the number of listings are down, the average residential sales price has increased 11.7% from $356,969 in 2020 to $398,825 this year, and the median residential sales price has risen 9.6% from $259,994 to $285,000.

In addition, the average number of days on market has dropped by 28% from 100 to 72.

The GGAR also reported 1,445 homes were pending sale, as well as 1,654 units under contingency contract as of April 10.
