The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 13.5% decrease in active residential listings — from 2,860 in the multiple listing service on May 10, 2021, to 2,475 on May 10, 2022.

While the number of listings are down, the average residential sales price has increased 14.9% from $411,907 in 2021 to $473,222 in 2022, and median residential sales prices have risen 18.7% — from $289,561 to $343,880.

Average number of days on market has dropped by 20.3% from 69 to 55.

GGAR also reported 1,735 homes were pending sale and 1,273 units were under contingency contract as of May 10.
