Walnut Cove Realty sells $6.7M home in The Cliffs at Walnut Cove

Walnut Cove Realty, a partner of Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Realtors, announced Nov. 30 it sold a home in The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Arden, North Carolina, for $6.7 million.

Known as The Perch, the custom built, 7,110-square-foot mountaintop home at 8 Deer Grass Court features:

  • Geothermal heating and cooling
  • Motorized shades in every room
  • State-of-the-art appliances

Walnut Cove Realty also has a $12.9 million listing at 214 Folkestone Lane in The Cliffs at Walnut Cove.

Gregg Wright joined Coldwell Banker Caine as a residential agent in the company’s Greenville office.

He has seven years of real estate experience in the Greenville market and a background in marketing and business.

Adam McCall was named as regional vice president for the Upstate region with Allen Tate Realtors.

He will assume the role on Jan. 1 and will be responsible for growing the Allen Tate presence and market share in the Upstate region. He will oversee nine offices and more than 170 real estate agents and employees.

McCall earned his real estate license in 2008 and joined Allen Tate Realtors as part of his father Daryl’s real estate team.

He also worked as client relations manager and director of client relations with the company.
