The Cliffs announced Oct. 13 its brokerage teams’ real estate sales totaled $180,570,732 in third quarter 2021.

During this period, the seven communities had 272 transactions and a 24% volume increase from the same timeframe in 2020. In addition, The Cliffs had 59 pending sales, worth $41,334,100.

“It continues to be an exciting year for The Cliffs as private club real estate stays in high demand and our seven communities continue to thrive,” said The Cliffs president Rob Ducketts. “We are also realizing the benefits of expanded inventory from Cliffs Builders, which is providing prospective owners with new opportunities to build at The Cliffs.”

The Cliffs also announced updates and upgrades to its seven properties such as:

  • The Lake Club at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs
  • Renovations to The Cabin at The Cliffs at Mountain Park

In addition, The Cliffs recently completed renovations to the Golf House and Tavern at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove.
