Lisa Dubose joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Woodruff at Five Forks office.
She began selling real estate in the Upstate in 2003. She was Rookie of the Year in 2004 and a top producer at her previous company from 2005-2010.
In 2011, DuBose put her real estate career on hold to travel for her husband’s job and spend more time with her family. From 2011 to 2021, she kept her real estate license active and continued to refer clients to agents in the Greenville market.
Leslie McBee-Cobb joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Pelham Road office.
She previously worked as a waitress at her mother’s downtown diner, McBee’s Diner. She also served as a registered nurse.
McBee-Cobb is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Lander University.
Thomas Wilson Pace joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s North Pleasantburg office.
He previously worked in retail management.
Pace is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Leigh Colombo was named by Allen Tate Companies, a real estate company, as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Greer office.
She replaces Virginia Henrie, who is retiring as branch leader but will remain with Allen Tate as a realtor.
In her new role, Colombo will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 25 Allen Tate Realtors and staff.
She has worked as a realtor with the company since 2015. During her career, she has earned distinctions including Masters Circle, Winners Circle, Rookie of the Year, Branch MVP, Client Relations Associate of the Year, Insurance Partner of the Year, Mortgage Partner of the Year and Outgoing Referral Partner of the Year.
Colombo previously worked as a college program coordinator and advisor and teacher.
Colombo is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and a licensed realtor in North and South Carolina.
The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 37.1% decrease in active listings — from 4,649 active residential listings in the multiple listing service on June 10, 2020 to 2,925 as of June 10, 2021.
While the number of listings are down, the average residential sales price has increased 9% from $377,481 in 2020 to $411,403 this year, and the median residential sales price has risen 7.4% from $270,740 to $290,715.
In addition, the average number of days on market has dropped by 38.5% from 104 to 64.
The GGAR also reported 1,646 homes were pending sale, as well as 1,685 units under contingency contract as of June 10.
