Real estate rundown ending August 13, 2021 – GREENVILLE JOURNAL – Greenville Journal

Jeff Inman joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as an associate.

He has experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. His previous experience includes working at his grandfather’s custom cabinetry company in Central Florida and running his own cabinet company to help pay tuition at the University of Central Florida. He also worked as a national sales manager for a large international manufacturer.

Inman serves on the Greer Relief board and is a volunteer coach with Wade Hampton Little League.

Cari Bledsoe joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as an associate.

She started her real estate career in Tennessee in 2017 where she started working for a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate in Nashville.

While with Berkshire Hathaway, Bledsoe earned certifications in performance expectations and marketing assistance; performance expectations and relocation inventory; and performance expectations and destination.

She also spent two years with another Upstate real estate firm.

Davin McRoberts joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as an associate.

McRoberts worked for several different businesses before he returned to his family’s company, SCTool Corp., as an equity partner in 2017. He helped grow the company into a multimillion-dollar business with 41 employees.  He serves as CEO of the Spartanburg-based company.

He has purchased and sold five houses in the past decade and leads the commercial real estate initiatives within his family’s holding company, McRoberts and Company Real Estate, LLC.

McRoberts is a North Greenville University graduate.

Anne Carter Hughes MacNabb joined Wilson Associates Real Estate as a realtor associate.

She has nearly 15 years’ experience in real estate and formerly served as director of property management for Hughes Commercial Properties.

MacNabb is a member of the board of directors for the Meyer Center for Special Children and serves on the Clarence Edwards Kids Classic Golf Tournament committee.

She is also a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and The Institute of Real Estate Management. Through IREM she has earned a certified property manager designation.

MacNabb is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of Georgia.

Natasha Jufko Houston joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services C. Dan Joyner REALTORS as a sales associate in the company’s North Pleasantburg office.

She will also be a part of the Chet and Beth Smith Group.

Houston previously worked in the fitness industry at Orangetheory Fitness.

She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.

Katie Barrera joined Coldwell Banker Caine as a transaction manager in its Greenville office.

In this role, she works with the accounting team to assist agents with their closings and contract entries.

Barrera recently moved from Asheville, North Carolina and previously worked for Coldwell Banker as a relocation coordinator.
