Scott Allair and the family of his late brother Paul Allair sold the former convenience store location at 3627 Waterbury-Stowe Road, Waterbury Center, VT. The purchaser was Lynette Vallecillo, DBA Crush LLC. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate represented the sellers and assisted both parties with the transaction.
Antoine Williams & Associates Financial Services has moved into completely remodeled offices at the Shelburne Bay Plaza, Shelburne, VT.
Steve Ploesser, VP Construction Management Pomerleau Real Estate, designed and oversaw the remodeling of the 1455 sf suite. Kendra Kenny and Brad Worthen, also with Pomerleau, represented the landlord Indisi, Inc.
Pomerleau Real Estate has announced that PinSource has purchased 6 Joshua Way in Essex, Vt. This 4,900 SF office building will be the new headquarters for the PinSource team. Kendra Kenney represented the Buyers and J.L Davis Realty represented the Sellers, K&S Properties.
