Prevail Realty is expected to open in Watertown later this summer.
It’s a new business between partners Jesse Kiihl, Mindy Craig and Julie Knutson and will be located in the commercial space of The Lofts in downtown.
The partners will use their business acumen to focus on construction, commercial and residential sales, leasing and investment properties, according to a news release.
