Holt Construction Corp is expanding its headquarters in Midtown South.
Lee & Associates NYC arranged the new 10-year lease for Holt at 875 Avenue of the Americas in the Penn Plaza neighborhood of Midtown South. The company is relocating from two smaller, non-contiguous spaces within the building to the 6,992 s/f, 11th floor space.
“We are extremely pleased to have secured a new long-term commitment in this challenging environment with such a valuable tenant,” said Dennis Someck, an Executive Managing Director and Principal in the office brokerage division of Lee & Associates NYC.
Someck represented the landlord 875 LLC & New 875 LLC along with Justin Myers, also an Executive Managing Director and Principal and Peter Braus, Managing Principal and Co-Founder in the NYC office of Lee & Associates NYC. “This serves as yet another testament to the fact that New York will bounce back to normal.”
The tenant was represented by Joseph Armano, CEO and Evan Elias, Senior Vice President, both of Armano Real Estate.

875 Avenue of the Americas is a twenty-six-story, 270,000 s/f commercial office building built in 1926. Recent building renovations include the windows, lobby and elevators. It offers views of Herald Square, The Empire State Building, and One World Trade. Tenants include F Schumacher & Co, Zero Point Zero Production Inc and Milliken Flooring.
