HGTV is prepping a series starring designer and real estate broker Egypt Sherrod (Property Virgins, Flipping Virgins) and her husband, builder Mike Jackson (pictured), tentatively titled Married to Real Estate.
The show will follow Sherrod and Jackson as they juggle their personal and professional lives while helping their clients find and transform their dream homes. The 8 x 60-minute series is produced by 51 Minds Entertainment and scheduled for early 2022.
“Egypt already built a huge fan base as a proven real estate and renovation expert, but now we get to see her in action with Mike, her husband and business partner, and together they are positively irresistible,” said HGTV President Jane Latman in a release. “If Egypt and Mike are on a home buying and renovation team, everyone wins. And, fans are going to fall in love as they watch them work together, raise their family and share the humor and fun in their unique relationship.”
