The specialty showroom building is the New York hub of the Home Textiles Industry, home to over 140 luxury home fashion accessories companies.

Based in Georgia, 1888 Mills also operates the largest remaining towel mill in the United States. Gregory Anthony and Scott Ansel of Savills Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.
- Worth Imports, a designer, importer and distributor of holiday and seasonal decorations, signed a lease for 5,352 square feet on the 15th floor. Selling strictly wholesale, Worth Imports specializes in Fall, Halloween and Christmas décor. Harvey Richer of GFP Real Estate LLC represented the tenant and the landlord in this direct lease.
- Surya Carpet Inc., a fashion-forward rug and home accessories manufacturer, signed a lease for 4,003 square feet on the 15th floor. The company partners with talented names like celebrity designer Candice Olson and design authority Elle Décor. Gregory Anthony and Andrew Zang of Savills Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.
- Healthcare SC. LLC., a memory foam mattress and pillow company, signed a lease for 3,989 square feet on the 16th floor. Healthwise SC sells directly to retailers and offers exclusive memory foam products that give superior support and help maintain temperature balance. - Dynamic Rugs, a rug and home décor company offering a large selection of trendy, commercial and quality rugs,signed a lease for 2,680 square feet on the 5th floor. Dynamic Rugs partners with major retailer like Macy’s, Rugs USA, The Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart and more. - Taram Textiles LLC., a global home textiles company, signed a lease for 1,325 square feet on the 13th floor. Delivering high-quality, bespoke bedding solutions, Taram Textiles is part of the textiles division of Ramco Group. - All For You Products Corp., a wholesale company in the houseware industry, signed a lease for 1,080 square feet on the 10th floor.
