Friedman Real Estate recently sold a 61,000-square-foot value-add medical/professional office building in Lansing, Michigan.
The property was sold though an auction in partnership with RealINSIGHT Marketplace.
Friedman’s Steven Silverman and Ryan Wilner advised both parties in the transaction.
