Finalists announced for commercial real estate awards – Greater Wilmington Business Journal

The organization behind an annual real estate industry awards program in Wilmington has announced this year’s finalists.

Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) is scheduled to host its fourth Awards of Excellence event in-person at 11 a.m. Feb. 24 at the Wilmington Convention Center.

“The awards, which focus on the rapidly growing Cape Fear Region commercial real estate sector, recognize excellence and leadership in commercial real estate,” a Cape Fear CREW news release stated.

The finalists are:

The Cape Fear Board of Directors has also named the winners of the individual achievement awards:

According to the release, all Cape Fear CREW in-person events will be governed by the latest COVID-19 venue guidelines. Individual tickets will be made available the first week of February. More information is available online.
