The Row at GreenGate, the 100,000-square-foot retail portion of the GreenGate mixed-use community in western Henrico County, has been sold to an affiliate of Baltimore-based real estate developer Klein Enterprises for $31 million. The seller was Markel | Eagle, the developer of the 74-acre GreenGate project that includes office space and residential units. The anchor tenant at The Row at GreenGate is discount supermarket retailer Lidl. The other tenants include Starbucks, Pure Barre, Purify, The Daily Kitchen & Bar, Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi and The Mellow Mushroom.
