The seller was Markel | Eagle, the developer of the 74-acre GreenGate project that includes office space and residential units. The anchor tenant at The Row at GreenGate is discount supermarket retailer Lidl. The other tenants include Starbucks, Pure Barre, Purify, The Daily Kitchen & Bar, Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi and The Mellow Mushroom.
