• RW Timms Investments paid Ace Moving & Storage $8,300,000 for a 110,000-square-foot industrial building on 8 acres at 1700 S Eastern Ave. Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder handled the transaction.

• Net Lease Development paid 164th & Western Development LLC $3,250,000 for 4.82 acres at the southeast corner of NW 164 and N Western Avenue. Jacob Simon and Girma Moaning handled the transaction.

• ESO Properties LLC paid Cherokee Holding LLC $2,600,000 for a 46,746-square-foot industrial building at 11301 S Interstate 44 Service Road. Chris Roberts, Andrew Holder, and Rivera handled the transaction.

• Net Lease Development paid Burris Valley Ranch Inc. $625,000 for 0.58 acre at 5800 Northwest Expressway. Simon and Moaning handled the transaction.

• Kimley-Horn and Associates leased 9,095 square feet of office space at 4727 Gaillardia Parkway. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.

• Integris Baptist Medical Center Inc. renewed a lease for 9,136 square feet of office space at One Corporate Plaza, 3525 NW 56. Craig Tucker handled the transaction.
