BLOG: Experience ‘The Thrill of it All” at Real Estate Forecast – The Business Journal

The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invites you to join us for our 17th Annual Real Estate Forecast on Thursday, April 21st at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Downtown Fresno. Doors will open at 5 pm and the program will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Following the main event, there will be a hosted reception until 8:30 pm.

This exciting annual event discusses the health of Fresno’s booming real estate industry and how Fresno County EDC is helping grow the California dream! This year the theme is “The Thrill of it All” focusing on the robust Real Estate Market in Fresno County. This popular event combines industry commentary, micro and macro analysis and predictions for the upcoming year. It is an essential event for realtors, developers, investors, and business and civic leaders to attend — as well as a great networking opportunity.

The real estate market in the Central Valley, and specifically in Fresno County, has certainly been a roller coaster ride. The inventory tightened, prices rose and mortgage rates remained low. New construction increased at the end of the year, but not at starter home pricing where there is significant demand. We invite you to come hear from our expert panelists who will share their experiences and predictions for the real estate market in the Central Valley.

Nick Audino of Newmark Pearson Commercial will be moderating a panel of industry leaders discussing multiple real estate sectors; Steve Flach, 2022 President of the Fresno Association of Realtors and Realtor with Guarantee Real Estate, will discuss Residential; Robin Kane, Senior Vice President of The Mogharebi Group, will be presenting on Multi-Family; Brett Visintainer of the Visintainer Group will be discussing Investments; Beau Plumlee, Senior Vice President of Colliers International, will give an update on Office; Peter Orlando, Senior Vice President of Retail California, will speak on Retail; Ethan Smith, Senior Vice President of Newmark Pearson Commercial will present on Industrial; and Sullivan Grosz, President of Ag Division, Pearson Commercial will speak on Agriculture.

As a guest that evening, you will be welcomed in a fun and festive atmosphere, have your picture taken and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an incredible networking reception following the main event. You will walk away with a complimentary publication that highlights and forecasts the real estate market including statistical data, market comparisons, and future projects within Fresno County.

Over 300 people attend annually, and we look forward to seeing you at this informative event! Tickets are on sale now at or you can call (559) 476-2500 to reserve your spot today. Ticket costs are $25 for EDC members and $40 for the general public.
