Virgestine Nickerson received the gift of the Holy Ghost in 1986 in her own home; after which. she was led to join the East Birmingham Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Peter Wren. She then began using the gifts that God has placed in her at the East. Birmingham COGIC through singing in the choir, working with the youth, tape ministry, prison ministry and developed her gift as an Intercessory Prayer Warrior and Evangelist. Pastor Nickerson has served in the vineyard for over 20 years doing whatever she found her hands to do for the Lord Jesus as Secretary, Youth Pastor, Choir Director, Praise and Worship leader, Tape ministry, Ministerial Board, Praise Dancer, Prison Ministry, worked in the Drama. Ministry. She has her own praise Dance Ministry entitled GUIDANCE DANCE MINISTRY (God U and I Dance). Her most recent accomplishment: She has completed her studies at Faulkner University in which. she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration on May 4, 2012. She has also ventured into her own business as Director of “A Mustard Seed Day/Night Care at Now Faith Holiness Deliverance Ministry. She has recently received her Master of Science of Counseling at Faulkner University in May 2015. Pastor Nickerson offers extensive experience in Teaching, Training, Funerals, Weddings, Conferences, Motivational Speaking and to add her new experience Communion and Baptism.
